CAR KEY HELP · AUDI
A physical Audi key issue and a myAudi access question should be described separately. Losing a fob, being unable to unlock a door and changing who has app access are different problems. Identify which one you need help with before arranging service.
A Key User is an account role
Audi’s myAudi guidance identifies the vehicle owner as a Key User and describes additional drivers as Secondary Users. That account terminology does not establish that a physical fob is present, working or newly authorized. Use Audi’s own instructions for account administration and keep the vehicle-key request distinct.

For a damaged or missing physical key
Give the vehicle year and model and say whether any remaining key starts it. Mention whether a blade, housing or complete fob is missing. If a working fob is inside the car, request authorized access rather than an immediate replacement. Keep the original damaged parts so the scope can be assessed.
Before purchasing a remote
Confirm suitability, its condition and the required service route for your exact Audi. Ask which physical and electronic functions the proposed key will provide. Prime Sec can discuss compatibility and mobile availability for a Wilmington or Leland request; any required manufacturer route should be established before booking.
